Ich hatte einen perfekten Aufenthalt: Grosses gepflegtes Zimmer mit Balkon, fantastische Aussicht, alles ist stilvoll und von bester Qualität, die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist beispielhaft, gute Küche, Speisekarte auch auf englisch. Das beste ist jetzt doch der Boss: Jason spricht perfekt Englisch und ist ausserordentlich clever. Jason berriet mich wegen der möglichen Wanderungen und organisierte einen perfekten Transfer vom Bahnhof in Guilin.

看訂房網站的評分不錯選訂的民宿，結果很失望，是這次十幾天旅遊中選的最讓人失望的一家民宿，提供的服務衹有停車場行李轉運，其他交流諮詢的迴應很敷衍、冷淡，沒有任何民宿服務常有的熱情或該有的溫度。住店一天我沒多要他一瓶水一張紙，民宿房間價格在這個客人不多的地方也不便宜，怎麼讓我這個消費者感覺像是欠過他們債一樣。順便説一句，老闆夫妻倆年紀輕輕看著我退房，兩個行李箱還要靠我自己60多歲的人從三樓扛下來，我也是無語了。

酒店風景佳，乾淨。 從停車場至酒店有一小段上坡路，大概走5分鐘左右。酒店老闆會幫忙把行李載到酒店，但是人要自己走上去。雖然那段路很短，但如果大雨或烈日當空，還是有點麻煩的。如果酒店可以提供服務在有需要時把住客也載到酒店更佳。（例如老人） 如果酒店有提供自助洗衣幹衣更佳！

這家家庭酒店我認為是來平安寨的最佳選擇，甚至覺得是沒有之一，我女兒覺得它比我們頭一晚住的桂林香格里拉大酒店更好。位置非常方便，窗外風景看梯田雲海沒有遮擋，酒店設計考究，很多細節，為客人考慮也有很多細節。整個酒店都是原木裝修，窗外的風景，房間的設計，整潔程度，大自然的感覺，老闆夫婦的熱情招待都讓人覺得度假和放鬆。下水完全沒有味道，淋浴很舒適。我們家的長者孩子都在這裡住的非常開心。
